There is no doubt, 2020 has brought some major, unexpected burdens to many aspects of our day-to-day life.
September was a month of immense pain, but even more exponential growth.
How I was able to apply this intentionally on my COVID brought blues and was able to get out of a "funk" and back to the thriving person I want to be.
