Normal:
Eating processed, packaged, fast, fake food. Which then causes disease and sickness. Go to doctor to get a pill only to cause further sickness. Rinse and repeat.
YOU: Understand that the food you eat is either causing wellness, or sickness so you prioritize clean and fresh ingredients which allow your thyroid, blood sugar and weight to remain healthy. - Not normal.
Normal:
Drink coffee for breakfast, an energy drink at lunch and preworkout before the gym. Get 5-6 hours of sleep - brag about it.
YOU: Prioritize your health, get enough sleep, limit caffeine to keep your system healthy and alert. - Not Normal
Normal:
Go to the lunch room at work seeing people have a pizza and donut party, followed by sodas and dessert.
YOU:
Enjoyed date night last night, so you opt for your homemade fresh meal you made in the fridge. People make fun of you because prioritizing your health - not normal.
